YOGA AT BLUEBELL
About Harrison
I first started yoga as a way of combating years of bad posture and to relieve pain from an old back injury. It ticked all the boxes for me and I continued to do it while playing rugby to help and prevent any injuries and niggles. I also work as a carpenter so niggles from labour intensive days also played a part. In 2017 I decided I would take at least a year out from rugby and just do yoga. My body never felt better and I got more and more addicted to yoga. I developed a real interest and passion for the human body and yoga serves as a superb tool to explore the infinite ways in which it is capable of moving.

In April 2018 I went to Bali and Goa which served as a massive catalyst in my love for yoga. In September 2018 I completed my 200 Hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training with ‘Jamie Yoga.’ I started teaching straight away at ‘Hotpod Yoga Swansea’ and haven't looked back. Massive thanks to Ana Chidzoy at Hotpod Yoga Swansea who has been there from day 1 of my yoga journey.
While my love for yoga grows I have also developed a passion for calisthenics and the growing field of movement arts. I like to train a little bit in the gym, run occasionally, attempt to surf and get upside down rather often. As much as I like movement I also am a big fan of chilling out and wish I could lay in Shavasana forever.
